WHAT TO EXPECT

A Typical Session

Sessions are relaxed and informal. Whether it is your first visit or you have been meditating for years, you are welcome exactly as you are. A typical Sunday session includes:

  1. Arrive and settle. Find a seat and take a few quiet moments.
  2. Self-Realization. Newcomers are gently guided through the experience of Self-Realization.
  3. Collective meditation. We meditate together in silence, in Thoughtless Awareness.
  4. Understanding the Subtle System. A short, simple explanation of the Chakras, Nadis and Kundalini.
  5. Practical techniques. Easy methods you can use at home to meditate and stay balanced.
  6. Questions. Time to ask anything you like, in a friendly setting.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

Meditating at Home

Collective meditation once a week is a wonderful support, and daily meditation at home helps the experience grow.
